The Sharjah University Laser Training and Research Center (SULTARC) is devoted to clinical education, research and the development of standards and guidelines for the safe and effective use of laser technology applicable to the Middle East region.

Our primary goal is to deliver meaningful educational programs encompassing pertinent basic and clinical sciences related to the safe and effective applications of laser in different disciplines of surgery, dentistry and aesthetics. This is achieved by providing the highest quality of education through a series of comprehensive lectures, hands-on training and one-on-one practical workshops.

SULTARC recognizes the fundamental importance of maintaining credible, non-biased, factual instruction. All courses are meticulously prepared and are taught only by qualified laser specialists, clinicians and
internationally acclaimed visiting experts. These practitioners are experienced in the use of multiple high-tech systems and are specifically authorized by the Laser and Health Academy and the University of Sharjah to instruct in the different areas of laser applications.

Offering CME Credit programs for the Arabian Gulf Region, the Institute is the only academic organization committed exclusively to education in the field of surgical, dental and aesthetic lasers.
SULTARC is the outcome of the academic joint venture between the University of Sharjah Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Sharjah, UAE and The Laser and Health Academy, Fotona d.d., Ljubljana, Slovenia. It is sponsored by the academic division of Light Care International Ltd in UAE.
SULTARC is located in Sharjah University Clinical Training Centre (CTC).
